In 2012, he retired from Birla Corporation Ltd. (Cement Division) after serving for almost 32 years in. He worked in various Departments such as Accounts, Civil, and finally Headed Stores.

Lakshmi Malhotra studied in Best High School, Ahmedabad from 1975 to 1987 and is an IIM Kozhikode alumni. She is an IT professional and provides technology strategy consulting to clients. Lakshmi is passionate about Indian Handlooms and is keen to drive social change through use of technology. She plans to create an online platform to promote weavers by connecting them to craft lovers across the world. She lives in Gurgoan with her husband, Jitu and son, Vivaan.

Veera Vashistha began her schooling from Sophia Girls College, Ajmer then moved on to St. Angela Sophia School, Jaipur and finished from Government Maharaja Girls School, Jaipur. She is a science graduate from Meera Girls School, Udaipur. Later on in life she became a teacher beginning her journey from Government Secondary School, Chaksu. She obtained her B.Ed. qualification within three years of joining as a teacher under widow’s quota.

Dr. Madhu Chawla, a medical professional, graduated from Institute of Medical Sciences, Benaras Hindu University over 40 years ago. Her husband retired from active service last year, and the two adult sons are settled in the USA. Having satisfactorily executed domestic and professional commitments, Madhu now works, on a charitable basis, with three NGOs. Giving back to society, for Madhu, is a dream come true.
